2 Timothy 3:16-17
All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be competent, equipped for every good work.
This verse reminds us that the Scriptures are a precious gift of God. They are His very words and are therefore sufficient for all matters related to faith (what God requires us to believe) and practice (what God requires us to do). Through them we may live a life fully pleasing to God.
